IASB: Zwei neue Praxishinweise für KMU/Prada neuer Vorsitzender/Website zum Insurance-Contracts-Projekt

-tb- Die SME Implementation Group (SMEIG) hat zwei neue nicht verpflichtende Praxishinweise

zur Anwendung des IFRS-Standards für KMU veröffentlicht:

Q&A 2011/02 „Entities that typically have public accountability" und Q&A 2011/03

„Interpretation of ,traded in a public market' in applying the IFRS for SMEs"(http://www.ifrs.org/Alerts/SME/SMEpublishesfinalQAs.htm).

Darüber hinaus hat die IFRS Foundation die Wahl von Michel Prada zu ihrem neuen Vorsitzenden bekannt gegeben. Prada, ehemaliger Vorsitzender des Executive and Technical Committees der International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), ist zunächst für drei Jahre gewählt und tritt sein Amt am 1.1.2012 an.

Schließlich hat der IASB auf die Einrichtung einer speziellen Website zum neuen Insurance Contracts-Projekt hingewiesen (http://www.ifrs.org/Alerts/ProjectUpdate/new+IC+webpage+Dec+2011.htm).
