IFAC: Standardentwurf zu Pro-forma-Angaben

-tb- Der International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) der International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) hat den Entwurf eines neues Standards zur Angabe von Pro-forma-Informationen in Emissionsprospekten veröffentlicht (Quelle: hier). Der 40-seitige Entwurf "Assurance Reports on the Process to Compile Pro Forma Financial Information Included in a Prospectus" soll die Anforderungen an die Gewährung spezifischer Informationen im Rahmen von Börsenprospekten vereinheitlichen. Die Kommentierungsfrist endet am 30.9.2010.
