-tb- Der Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) hat den Entwurf einer Staff Position FSP FAS No. 117-1 „Endowments of Not-for-Profit Organizations: Net Asset Classification of Funds Subject to an Enacted Version of the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act, and Enhanced Disclosures" veröffentlicht (http://www.fasb.org/fasb_staff_positions/prop_fsp_fas117-a.pdf). Die Kommentierungsfrist endet am 18.4.Darüber hinaus hat der FASB die Staff Position FSP FAS No. 140-3 „Accounting for Transfers of Financial Assets and Repurchase Financing Transactions" verabschiedet (http://www.fasb.org/pdf/fsp_fas140-3.pdf). Die Staff Position ist für am oder nach dem 15.11. beginnende Berichtsperioden anzuwenden; eine vorzeitige Anwendung ist ausdrücklich nicht zulässig.
