PCAOB: Prüfungsstandard zum Audit Committee

-tb- Der Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) hat den Entwurf eines Prüfungsstandards „Communications with Audit Committees" erneut in geänderter Form veröffentlicht (Quelle: http://pcaobus.org/News/Releases/Pages/12202011_OpenBoardMeeting.aspx). Der ursprüngliche Entwurf stammte noch vom 29.3.2010. Der neue Standard soll die Interim Standard AU sec. 380 „Communication With Audit Committees" und AU sec. 310 „Appointment of the Independent Auditor" ersetzen. Die Kommentierungsfrist endet am 29.2.2012.
